Equity One gets Assistance from LM for Major Acquisition

Capital and Counties USA, Inc. was recently acquired by the publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust, Equity One. The acquisition of C&C USA included purchasing their mixed use portfolio of fifteen properties, concentrated on retail assets. With the recent acquisition, Equity One has broadened their national portfolio, making Northern California their second largest market behind their home market of Florida.
LM Consultants is excited to have been involved in the due diligence process on behalf of Equity One for this portfolio purchase. The project was handled with multiple high level professionals and consequently was able to be completed within their time constraints.
