LM Consultants is Increasing Staff to Expand Capabilities

In the last few months, LM Consultants added professional staff members to ensure our ability to assist our increasing client base. The additional staff members bring unique talents to our team and will allow us to continue offering the quick turnaround times currently being required in this real estate cycle.

Shawn Hochrein is one of our newest additions. He is a licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional located in our Vernon Hills (Chicago) headquarters. Shawn possesses over 13 years of experience and a background in developing construction documents, performing site inspections and monitoring construction progress. Mr. Hochrein performs pre-construction document and cost reviews and field observation services for new construction projects, as well as performs property condition assessments for existing properties.

Arion Williams is an Architectural Engineering Associate brought on to our team to complement our current professional staff in the Vernon Hills (Chicago) location. With three college degrees; Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Master of Architectural Engineering and Master of Architecture; he brings a wealth of experience in developing and evaluating design documents and construction drawings. His previous employment provided him with a background in the evaluation of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Mr. Williams is involved with performing pre-construction document and cost reviews and field observation services for new construction projects, and in performing property condition assessments for existing properties.
