Third LM Consultants Professional Earns the Professional Reserve Analyst Designation
Richard Frohne, a Principal Architect in the Culver City (Los Angeles) office, has recently earned the Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) designation. This designation further validates Mr. Frohne’s work with community associations and the condominium industry. As a Kansas State University graduate, Rick has been improving his skills and assisting with client needs for over 30 years.
He joins President and CEO, Gregory Lehn, as well as Principal Architect, David Partridge, as LM Consultants staff members with the designation from the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA). This addition makes LM Consultants 1 of only 7 companies nationwide with 3 or more staff members with the PRA designation.
The Association of Professional Reserve Analysts, a nonprofit corporation, was created in 1995 by principals of the nation’s leading Reserve Study companies. The purpose of APRA is to provide a forum and structure to establish a common base of knowledge, standards of care and professionalism within the Reserve Study industry. The APRA designation is a credential reserved for designated members based on their education, experience and demonstrated performance.
